On March 12, 2020, Honorable Jonathan D. Nichols sentenced Victoria Zinna to one and one-third (1 1/3) to four (4) years with the New York State Department of Corrections and ordered her to pay $227,886.63 in restitution upon her conviction of Attempted Grand Larceny in the 2nd Degree. The New York State Police investigated this matter and arrested Victoria Zinna. The Public Defender represents Victoria Zinna. (SCI No. 096-19)

On March 10, 2020, Brendan Ryder was arraigned by Honorable Jonathan D. Nichols after his indictment by a Columbia County Grand Jury on two counts of first-degree rape, two counts of first-degree criminal sex act, two counts of third-degree aggravated sexual abuse and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse. The New York State Police investigated this matter and arrested Ryder. The Public Defender represents Ryder. Brendan Ryder is presumed to be innocent unless and until the People can prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt to all twelve (12) jurors. (Indictment No. 20-011)
