Applications and canvases can be mailed to: Civil Service, 401 State St. Hudson, NY 12534, or scanned and emailed to:  [email protected]
 If preferred, canvasses (yellow sheets) can still be left in the lobby of 401 State St. with the greeter.
**Please do NOT leave applications for exams or payment in the lobby. 
Payments for exams can be made with a money order and mailed in with your application. If you would like to pay with a credit card, please call our office as payments can be accepted over the phone. Cash is also accepted.
