On December 9, 2019, Sierra Sackett waived indictment and was arraigned in County Court upon being charged with Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, Honorable Jonathan D. Nichols presiding. Nichols sentenced Lance Fongemie to four (4) years with the New York State Department of Corrections; three (3) years post-release supervision; and executed an twelve (12) year Order of Protection on behalf of the victim upon his conviction of Assault in the 2nd Degree. On December 2, 2019, Victoria Zinna, having previously waived indictment and being arraigned in County Court on November 14, 2019, was convicted by plea of Attempted Grand Larceny in the 2nd Degree, Honorable Jonathan D.
