On December 29, 2017, Honorable Richard M. Koweek sentenced Jason Shook to one and one-half (1 1/2) years with the New York State Department of Corrections; two (2) years post-release supervision; and ordered him to pay $380 in restitution upon his conviction of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree. On December 22, 2017, Timothy Hines was arraigned in County Court upon his indictment for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree, Honorable Richard M. Koweek presiding. On December 18, 2017, Honorable Richard M.
