On December 12, 2013, the Appellate Division, 3rd Department affirmed the judgment of conviction of Ronald K. Oakley. Oakley had been convicted of Burglary in the 2nd degree, Burglary in the 3rd degree (19 counts), Grand Larceny in the 3rd degree and Petit Larceny. County Court Judge, Honorable Paul Czajka, sentenced Ronald Oakley to an aggregate term of 18 ½ years in prison, together with five years of post-release supervision.
On December 11, 2013, County Court, Honorable Richard M. Koweek, Judge, sentenced Byris Ficklin to 9 months Local Imprisonment upon his conviction of Criminal Possession of Marihuana in the 2nd degree. The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office investigated this matter and arrested Byris Ficklin. (Indictment No. 13-013)
On November 27, 2013, County Court, Honorable Richard M. Koweek, Judge, sentenced Michael Schneider to 2 to 6 years State Imprisonment upon his conviction of Burglary in the 3rd degree. The Columbia County Sheriffs Office investigated this matter and arrested Michel Schneider. (SCI No. 027-13)
