Pine Haven is a 120 bed non-profit skilled nursing facility owned and operated by Columbia County and licensed by the New York State Dept of Health.

We are certified by Medicaid and Medicare and participate in most major health insurance plans including Blue Shield, CDPHP, Empire and MVP Healthcare.

We are located on Route 217 in the heart of Philmont, NY -- approximately 20 minutes from Hudson, NY, and Great Barrington, MA.
