Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) and HIV Testing Program

The Columbia County Department of Health offers clinical service for STD testing on a walk-in basis every Tuesday evening from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. A Nurse Practitioner will medically evaluate individuals seeking services. Services that are offered include testing and treatment for gonorrhea, syphilis and chlamydia.

HIV counseling and testing are also offered on a walk-in basis every Tuesday evening from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. Counseling and testing is anonymous, confidential and is also provided free of charge to the general public. Results are provided in-person during a post-test appointment approximately two weeks from the original appointment date.
